We do not use any social media data for AI training, model development, or any purpose beyond providing our content management services. All social media content remains the property of the respective platforms and users. We access this data solely to perform the services our clients have explicitly authorized.

We do not sell, redistribute, or share X API access or X Content with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide our services. Clients requiring agency-scale or government-related services must subscribe to appropriate Enterprise-level access tiers as required by X.

We may share information in response to legal requests, to protect our rights or property, and during corporate transactions such as mergers or acquisitions. Additionally, information may be shared with your explicit consent when necessary for service delivery or compliance with regulatory requirements.

For any social media content accessed through our Service, we will delete or modify such content within 24 hours of being notified that it has been deleted, modified, or made private on the original platform.
